Suicide
Suicide is the act of deliberately killing oneself. Risk factors for suicide include mental disorder (such as depression, personality disorder, alcohol dependence, or schizophrenia), and some physical illnesses, such (as neurological disorders, cancer, and HIV infection). There are effective strategies and interventions for the prevention of suicide.
Type of Suicide 1. Egoistic suicide: This type of suicide occurs when the degree of social integration is low. When a person commits this type of suicide they are not well supported in a social group. They feel like they are an outsider or loner and the only people they have in this world are themselves. They often feel very isolated and helpless during times in their lives when they are under stress. 2. Altruistic suicide: This type of suicide occurs when the degree of social integration is too high. When a person commits this type of suicide they are greatly involved in a group. All that they care about are that groups norms and goals and they completely neglect their own needs and goals. They take their lives for a cause. A good example of this would be a suicide bombe. 3. Anomic Suicide. This kind of suicide is related to too low of a degree of regulation. This type of suicide is committed during times of great stress or change. Without regulation, a person cannot set reachable goals and in turn people get extremely frustrated. Life is too much for them to handle and it becomes meaningless to them. An example of this is when the market crashes or spikes. 4. Fatalistic suicide: People commit this suicide when their lives are kept under tight regulation. They often live their lives under extreme rules and high expectations. These types of people are left feeling like they’ve lost their sense of self.

Also, permanent rope burns or implement scarring can occur. 4. Poisoning The toxic levels of poison required to kill one s self are generally non-reversible. However, hospital staff can attempt it and often make one vomit or something similar. Lasting effects can include internal organ damage. 5. Carbon Monoxide Inhalation CO molecules irreversibly attach themselves to human hemoglobin and the result is often fatal even if one backs out. 6. Suffocation Turning back at the last minute before passing out can result in serious and long-lasting to permanent brain damage. 7. Jumping Shattered femurs from impacting with water up to severe bodily harm from impacting with any solid surface. 8. Exsanguination Extreme loss of blood causing the heart to dramatically slow eventually depriving the brain of oxygen. Also, most often, deep scars and tissue damage. 9. Electric Shock Deep burns from 500-1000 volts, ventricular fibrillation at 110-220 volts, and severe neurological damage. 10. Drowning Oxygen deprivation can cause severe and permanent brain damage.
